Very good with flaws
2 of 2 found this helpful I have used the Boom BT in several model successions over many years. The lack of durability of the flip boom has been a consistent flaw. I discovered last year that the boom can be replaced. However, after doing so, my unit would reset itself over and over at the slightest touch of the boom. I couldn't figure out a solution. I do keep buying them because of the excellent sound quality on both ends. Great volume range makes it useful especially in loud environments. For the Boom 2+, the product information says 7 hours of talk time.The voice prompts on the unit tells the truth stating 5 hours. Motorola needs to correct their advertising. And, why would a newer version of a product have worse battery performance? It is a little over priced given its fragility.
