I like that the make patches

I really haven't seen a lot of improvement. But I believe I'm getting some help . I can't take vitamins except once and a while. Because of stomach. But there is very good testimonys on them. I'm like others like for them to be skin or clear in color. & they don't stick really well. So I put a skin color bandages on & it settles that.😃 I'm hoping to get my blood work & see if it's improved. I hope so. Have a Blessed Day 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🐕🐈🐈‍⬛
