WONT REMBER PROGRAM

I BOUGHT THREE OF THESE, ONLY ONE WORKS. ONE WONT PROGRAM AT ALL, ONE PROGRAMS THEN AFTER TWO DAYS LOOSES BUTTON FUNCTIONS ( CHANNEL UP OK CHANNEL DOWN QUIT WORKING VOLUME UP AND DOWN HAS THE SAME PROBLEM OTHER KEYS SAME PROBLEM) ONE WORKS SO FAR NOT WORTH SENDING BACK

Locks up when hot

Locks up when hot. You must unplug it to re boot it. When locked up none of the buttons or controls will work. I removed the cover, that did help some.
