    Rear wheel hub arrived a little damaged, nothing a little filing can do to help fix the issue. Seller refused to do anything when I informed them about the problem. Was told do deal with FedEx instead even tho I wasn’t the one that shipped the item. Item was not shipped in a box but was instead shipped using foam padding and item was wrapped with black film. Item is new but arrived damaged, damaged was not showed in pictures nor listed in description.

    The wheels were very lightly damaged during shipping, unfortunately. We offered the buyer a full refund or the option to file a claim with FedEx for the damages. He did neither and kept the wheels.
