Unacceptable Quality
The pliers were very poor quality with the cutting edges rough and ragged.
Any attempt at wire stripping or cutting ended with ragged and very uneven cuts.
I can't believe Hilka would manufacture these and sell them as quality tools, that is
presuming Hilka did in fact make them!
