Buy genuine manufactured part and do your research.
I purchased because it was a genuine Ford product, and was aware that there may be issues. I did have to make one modification to avoid moving one sensor, but otherwise it worked flawlessly once I properly hung the harness. It fit my after market fog lamps perfectly and once I replaced my light switch with the switch that incorporated floodlights, the car worked like it came from the factory.

I havent installed it on my fusion yet, but based on my visual inspection, I expect that I will be satisfied with the product.
