My Bat
I bought a wood lathe and my Son suggested making a baseball bat using the lathe and a piece of an ash tree he'd taken down in his yard. Movie was good and added to the bat making experience.

Good read if you're into turning wood
Pretty much covers the subject of wood turning from top to bottom. Got a wood lathe? Wanna make something? This is the book to buy that will tell you how to go about it.

I've only just rec'd it - no history yet
Instructions cover too many different scenario's - this 76 year old man got lost in stuff I didn't need to know or need but finally got it up and running.
Initial "power on" reveals outstanding pix and sound using a simple, old fashioned roof top antenna - no cable - no satellite.
Looking forward to many enjoyable hours of use.
