The Best to me is The Best Track
Up until now I admittedly haven’t loved an AWOLNATION record, but have found plenty to respect and never hated any of them. Angel Miners & the Lightning Riders on the other hand eliminated a massive portion of what kept them a commendable group. I could see this being because of their move to Better Noise Music (Eleven Seven Label Group) which currently signs other groups who have dulled down their sounds immensely as feeble attempts for commercial success, but that doesn’t change the fact that the record is highly underwhelming. Even with a handful of notable moments, I cannot recommend Angel Miners & the Lightning Riders in its entirety unless you’re looking for cringeworthy songs like “Radical” to laugh at.
