Hurts at first-but feels good soon!

I usually use this in bed before I go to sleep. It hurts for about a minute but soon feels warm and tingles. I have had a lessening in the severity of my back muscle spasm. I'm not sure if this is the reason or not. I do seem to relax more quickly and fall asleep faster. I will continue to use on a regular basis since I agree any increase in blood flow should be helpful.
