If not for the problem with AT&T
Either the phone was defective, or something else this phone would not work with AT&T network at all. I brought the phone to the AT&T service center and could not get it to work. Other then that, the research I've done showed it to be a great phone for the price point.

Reliable
This product is for personal use and I can tell you Brother puts out top notch quality products. My other Brother all-in-one lasted for many, many years and was finally put to rest through no fault of its own. I'm sure I will get many years out of this one. The newer model allowed for wireless connectivity and double-sided ability. People may say the need for fax is gone but that is not entirely true as believe it or not, I've had to fax at least a couple of times over the year (2016). This all-in-one is a must have for someone who wants a no-nonsense laser jet black & white.

Lightweight, sturdy and great price
An inexpensive product that is east to use and seems very durable. Holds guitar securely. Bought two of these, one for each of my children (hence the durability need). Would recommend purchase.
