  My purchase arrived badly broken...NOT THE SELLERS FAULT... It was exceptionally well packaged, but was "Couriered" by Yodel, who had clearly used it as a football before trampolining on it to finish it off. The beautiful pottery bust wasn't just broken it was smashed to smithereens. The seller was fantastic and refunded it immediately.
