As good as a new one

This is a unit serviced by technicians, so it has been tested and is ready to use. It worked fine and seems to be accurate. It was definitely a good value compared to a new unit. No visible signs of use, and it does not come in factory packaging.

Werner Replacement Flipper Parts Kit 29-1 Fiberglass & Aluminum Extension Ladder

A simple fix to a bad problem

I have a 32' aluminum extension ladder by Werner. I was using it in the almost fully extended position and then tried to lower it. It would not lower by using the rope. I had to walk this 25'+ ladder down to the ground and the retract it by hand. It seems that any wearing or deformation of these flippers can make it impossible to lower the ladder by the conventional method. After replacing the flippers, the ladder operates as intended. The replacement is very simple and cheap. The surprise is that the building material and hardware store that sell the ladders do not stock this simple part.

Roebic worked for me

My house was built in 1938 and connected to city sewers in the 50's. The lines were not blocked, but they did run slow. I mixed the Roebic full strength and poured about one quart of very warm mix down every drain (sinks, tubs, toilets, laundry, and cleanouts). I let it work about 10 hours while I was at work. Then I ran water down every drain for about 5 minutes. Now water sucks down every drain fast. Roebic seems to have worked for me.
