Locomotive does not run

I been programming locomotive many times. All light and sound functions work but locomotive does not move. I am taking to a tech guy to see if he can program so loco moves. Have found out that Qsi sound system is a problem. Of course if loco does not move it is not of much use. Please get back with me and I will give an update. Will change review if I can get Loco running
