Seller did not refund shipping costs as promised after buyer provided a pre-paid shipping label to seller. Seller attempted to guilt buyer by complaining about lost revenue on this purchase.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "SELLER". I SAY IT LIKE THAT BECAUSE AFTER HE ACCEPTS YOUR OFFER AND YOU PAY HIM, DAYS LATER HE CANCELS THE ORDER B/C THERE IS "DAMAGE" ALL OF THE SUDDEN. ASKED FOR PICTURES MULTIPLE TIMES OF THE DAMAGE AND TOLD HIM I STILL WANTED THE ITEM BUT HE REFUSES TO SEND PICTURES OR TO SHIP THE ITEM. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. ALL IM ASKING FOR IS PICTURES OF DAMAGE, OR SINCE THERE IS NONE, JUST SEND ME MY ORDER.

    I notice the item was damaged when I was packaging for shipping. The ethical thing to do is not ship. I am not a business - I'm a private seller that is not going to ship items I know to be damaged. The buyer would not accept my explanation. So, I apologized and refunded the buyer.

Good product
It takes getting used to, but its digital so that's to be expected. There's two different ways to steer it, so it was thoughtfully designed. Change speeds much easier than on traditional foot pedals with the speed selector wheel. A little expensive but nice addition, and it works well switching from pedal to remote and back.
