Very cheaply made and unpredictable performance. Suggest getting a saw with integrated laser.
This exact item can be purchased at Harbor Freight for $6. Lots of warnings about the device failing soon after first use. Based on my experience with this laser, it is very hard to get it to hold it's position, I don't trust it at all.

An excellent wound cleaner, without any anesthetic component., and THAT'S GOOD!
Wound cleansers can often become irritating when Lidocaine and other topical anesthetics are incorporated into the solution. You will likely pay more for that added medication, too. However, Medline Skintegrity does a great job of cleansing deep, sensitive wounds without any stinging or chemical reactions that raise further irritation. I use this spray to effectively clean a serious condition on my shins, called Pyoderma Gangrenosum. My immune system is causing severe and deep ulceration. With the spray I can keep the wounds very clean and never have any bothersome aftereffects. Medline Skintegrity is the ONLY product that I have found that can get the job done.

Logitech needs to readd this model to their product line. A solid performer.
For whatever reason, Logitech retired this mouse sometime back. Now, all that are available are from sellers that in many cases are charging a fortune. This mouse hits the sweet spot of price, performance, features and ergonomics. With plenty of configurability and speed, it lets you concentrate on the action, and not on your hardware. I'm going to keep buying this mouse until it's gone for good, or I find a truly equivalent model.
