Poor craftsmanship and bad shipping/wrapping.
The cutting board is a nice looking cutting board, although the sanding/finish was poorly done. I hate to say negative things about it but it was wrapped in bubble wrap only and should have had a cardboard wrap then bubble wrap. Mine came with some slivers in my fingers and some serious chunks missing out of the cutting board (guessing it was dropped a few times), like I said, it would have been a nice cutting board if it had been wrapped correctly. I will sand and oil it myself because I hate dealing with returning crap. Not recommending because of poor craftsmanship.
