Excellent remote with a couple of caveats
This remote has replaced several OEM remotes and eliminated a lot of the hassle for me. However, there are a couple of minor things that prevent this from being a five-star review. First, the command delay on individual devices can only be set to a maximum of 5 seconds. Modern home entertainment components often take longer than that to boot up upon initial powering on. So, when activating a macro, you will often be left using the remote assistant to get the inputs all "on the same page" for your chosen activity. Second, is missing commands. Some models of equipment, in this case a Pioneer SC-55, will be missing commands in the setup wizard. However, picking another model, a Pioneer SC-65, revealed the needed commands for a macro I was putting together. It was something that I, a moderately experienced HiFi geek, could figure out. However, many consumers would be forced to search the web for a solution, or give up on that activity entirely. All-in-all a very good product!

Poor cover
The case is fine, and the materials seem to be of good quality. However, the cover is horrid. It does not fit properly. It is crooked, and it will not stay shut. As a previous reviewer pointed out, it flops open every time you pick it up. Avoid this product!
