The Occam's razor of cold brew
It's simple and easy to use. It makes a good batch of cold brew - in 24 hours, which is fine. It takes a lot of beans to make a cold brew that is equivalent to what can be purchased in the store. I'm still experimenting with the recipe, but I am well satisfied with this product.
