Worth the money

Got the item within a week to Hawaii with USPS. Easy to setup. Works right out of the box. I wish there were playback controls on the remote. You have to use arrows to get to the on-screen control, then select. Excellent tech support. My friend bought the same one, but his did not have a certain add-on. Through chatting with tech support, they sent a link for the procedure. That didn't get it fixed. We called and they logged into the device and got everything fixed and updated. My other friends, who have a different type of box, were impressed with the tech support. They spend a lot of time to get updates and fixes on their own because of the bad support from their brand.
