65 percent life - 17 percent cost
Put these on Topcon Hyper V receivers. Probably won't continue to use them in the Base, it's a battery hog. Rover gets 4 to 6 hrs though vs 6 to 8 with the originals. Total Station should run all day. Time will tell how many cycles they will run but $300 for these from Topcon is just crazy.

Wish I thought it was authentic
After making this purchase I tried looking the model up on Dahua's website to download a full manual. They don't list this model and none of the cameras I found even look like it. A simple search of the model lead to a few discussion boards that made it sound like a "wannabe" Dahua and the locked firmware is concerning. At the moment I am using it without an Internet connection and the camera is working very well so yes I think it's a good value and it seems to be good quality. I'm just not sure how much I trust it to be on my network.
