Help for woodcarver.
As a woodcarver I was looking for good reference pictures of Big Horn Sheep, and Lindstrans's Alaska Sketchbook 2 has just the type of photos that I needed to complete my Big Horn Sheep woodcarving. It will be a great help,to me,as a reference when I help my students with their animal carvings, and when I start my next carving project.

A nice look back
This book good read and gives a nice background to Scandinavian Flat plane figure carving, from the old masters to the present day master Harley Refsal.

It was a good purchase.
I first saw John McDermott doing one of the cuts from the album on YouTube. I enjoyed it so much that I looked to see what album it was on. That is when I found this one on eBay, and I listen to it when ever I am in my car. It is a very good album and will look for more by this man.
