Downloading apps are a potential issue
2 of 2 found this helpful Great product all in all. Fast and super easy to use. The apps you can download are limited to Microsoft apps (there are not many). Would not let me download apps at first. It claimed my internet was too slow, which it definitely was not. Did a factory reset and this fixed the problem. But happened again two weeks later. Called Microsoft for help but since the warranty was up from the previous owner, Microsoft would not help with the issue unless I wanted to pay them $29.99. I just use the browser for things like Facebook, Audible, Kindle, and Netflix. The product itself is great. I love that Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PP) are already on the device.
