    Pictures were only of one side, didn't show that the caster was included. Well packaged for safe shipping, Quick order-to-delivery in 8-days. Shipping for one shop vac foot was reasonable but doubling or tripling for two or three feet would be excessive. DOESNT ACCEPT RETURNS! Ok eBayer-three stars.

    Okay, as stated in the description of this heater New. It is certainly New. Never opened, the box was a little bit beat up, but no damage to the heater itself. All wrapped up in the original plastic bag and carton packaging. All paperwork was inside the box. Best to run this unit outside for an hour before you bring it indoors to use. As it has some oils that will burn off when you first turn it on. The heater arrived a couple of days earlier than expected, which was nice. Hope it lasts forever!
