Cuisinart CB-30 Cast Iron Hot Plate Single Burner Stainless Steel

Works Great

This gets hot fast and doesn't use a lot of electricity to maintain it's temperature due to the cast iron burner. It maintains a very nice, consistent temperature for long periods of time for warming, but is also capable of boiling water in a big hurry. The design allows you to be able to use a variety of size pots. It's just a really nice addition to my kitchen and is very useful.

Wonderful Tea

This is an excellent tea of high quality. It’s a highly oxidized oolong near the black tea end of the oolong scale. Big Red Robe is deep in color, slightly herbaceous with a little bit of smokiness, and incredibly smooth, lacking any bitterness. This tea is one of the great teas of China and also one of my favorites. If you have a taste for English tea and have not tried this, you will be pleasantly surprised. It’s a wonderful tea.

Nice teapot

I wanted a glass teapot so I could see the color of certain teas. This is a really nice, well made teapot that holds about 1 cup. It includes a glass diffuser and two small, double insulated tea cups. Considering the price of teapots, this glass one is bargain. I really like it and have enjoyed using it.
