  Absolute terrible experience, the seller sent me an offer with a significant price cut. After accidentally purchasing the item for the list price instead of the offer price, I immediately contacted the seller to cancel the order. The seller proceeds to “figure it out” acting as if they didn’t send the offer, even after sending them screen shots as proof. The seller then stops all communication and doesn’t approve the order cancellation. Currently working with customer service to resolve.

  Overall the experience was not the greatest. Improper shipping cost, no care shown or offer of help to try and locate a lost package. An overall run around in conversation on the item. Let alone sending a couple of fake cards mixed in with real cards as extras. Extras are always nice, but fake ones are definitely not a good thing to pass around.
