  The seller did ship the item and it was exactly as described, although the seller shipped it inside a Priority Mail box with Ground Advantage which incurred an extra postage due fee of $6.14 which I had to pay myself in order to retrieve my item. I contacted the seller multiple times, the seller offered to refund. I was expecting the seller to refund me soon after they told me that, but the seller never responded afterwards. I did not get the refund at all for the extra shipping costs incurred.
