Great option for rack mount
1 of 1 found this helpful This unit is easy to install. Allowing better coverage for wireless microphones or lavalieres. Cleans up rack if you have multiple wireless units installed.

Great tone - easy to use - cut through the mix!
1 of 1 found this helpful Aphex Guitar Xciter 1403 ads clearity to any signal! If your using and accoustic or electric, doesn't matter. It allows the original signal to retain it's hormonic properties. I used it to cut thought the mix during guitar soloing. It is a huge part of my tone, and will help drastically with yours. Rock solid case & switch, both XLR & 1/4 outputs. The only downfall is the 1/4 jack input is plastic. I haven't had any problems with mine, I have it mounted to a peddal board. It is a must in my book for todays alternate drop tunings!
