Really good quality, good for people wit...

Really good quality, good for people with heavy flows, if you have small flows then you can get something smaller. If you've never used a menstrual disc before then you'll have to get good at knowing how to position it to prevent leaking. I much prefer these than menstrual cups. Don't be afraid to put it in too far, it's pretty easy to get out, especially since it doesn't have suction like the cups do.
