  I couldn't rate the item because it was damaged in shipping. It also got lost during shipping. I contacted the seller and voiced my concern over shipping. Seller contacted shipper and got the item found and on the way again. When I opened the package I noticed damage. I contacted seller and was immediately offered a refund upon return of item. I returned it and got a refund. Seller was excellent and quickly responded to me and got all issues taken care of. I would buy from this seller again.

  This seller is awesome in every sense of the word. I was having a real tough time with the delivery service contacting me and setting up a scheduled delivery time. Was hung up on six times and sent emails that didn’t help. I contacted this seller and he went above and beyond. Contacted them personally got management involved and within 1 hour I was contacted and set up To be delivered today. Got the tv and it is amazing AAA service right here!!!!!

  The DVD player I ordered arrived quickly and was new in the box, but the player itself was defective and would not read any discs. The seller accepted and paid for the return shipping, and refunded my purchase cost entirely within 24 hours of receiving the item back. Even though this did not work out like I was expecting, I appreciate how relatively hassle free the seller made the experience.
