  The item listing wasn’t inaccurate or misleading but not entirely complete. The phone was used and although listed as in great condition came with more than a few bumps and bruises. The listing also mentioned that earphones and charger would be included but unfortunately did not come with my order. The seller communicated regularly while we hashed out a resolution and ultimately came to an agreement. Overall I would say that it was a positive experience.
