    The item listing wasn’t inaccurate or misleading but not entirely complete. The phone was used and although listed as in great condition came with more than a few bumps and bruises. The listing also mentioned that earphones and charger would be included but unfortunately did not come with my order. The seller communicated regularly while we hashed out a resolution and ultimately came to an agreement. Overall I would say that it was a positive experience.

    Horrible eBayer. Lies in the item description about a tarrif charge while selling batteries from a 3rd party website. The seller then tells me to pay the tarrif charge when nothing stated there was extra fees to buy from this eBayer. Then this seller: wholecellinc tells UPS that I accept tarrif charges when it's the sellers responsibility to pay the tarrif fees. I 100% would never buy from this seller again. I reported this user for lying. 100% deserves negative feedback.

    Tracking number shows not shipped for over a week, Then asked said it was shipped, Past latest day it supposed to arrive and nothing! Tracking still says not shipped almost 2 weeks later! Horrible seller!

    This was a terrible eBay transaction. The item never arrived. The seller hadn't purchased tracking. When I confronted him about it, he asked me to start a return. No, the reason I bought the item was that I needed it, and I needed it by the time I left. I asked him to express it to me. He never replied. Unsatisfied with this transaction. Do not recommend.
