best sound, large charging case, steep learning curve

Cons: huge charging case, steep learning curve, poor instructions. First, how to insert these in your ears so they dont fall off - needs a youtube video, otherwise takes a long time to figure out. Spent a week with these falling out until I used a camera to take pictures of them in my ear to figure out the issue. They have these ear wings which are not intuitive how they work. Same with ambient sound. If you persist, you are rewarded with excellent sound, but many people will just give up
