Not a GEC
Just looking at this as a tool, it's fine. Good materials, lightweight, thin in the pocket, came sharp with even grinds, seems robust enough. However, when compared to premium traditionals, like GEC, it's a little lackluster. The "walk" is somewhat rough, the "talk" is somewhat muted, the fit/finish is not stellar. It has what I would call a "soft" half-stop. Overall, I like it, and will keep it, but would have been happier if was in the $60-75 range.

Totally happy with it
I have this mounted on a .22LR target pistol. It's easy to sight in and holds zero. The dot can be a little oddly shaped if you turn the intensity too high, but easily rectified by turning it down a notch or two. Two colors is a bonus. Great value.
