Good with one flaw
So I'm not sure exactly what would cause this, probably a small leak in the hermetic seal, but the first two inches of this cream had a smattering of tiny granules laced throughout it. After the first 2 inches, the cream was smooth and as expected. But that first two inches definitely was affected by something. But, the price was right.

Pretty good, could be better
First I'll say that it does what it purports to. The tubing that goes to your head is actually wire free. The sound is better than I expected, but limited. It comes through with MUCH less definition than quality earbuds. That's not to say it isn't loud enough, it is, and it's not to say you cannot enjoy the sound coming through, you surely can. I can't even say you'd miss much, if you're standards for sound aren't too high. One indicator of the sound quality is that there are no R/L marks, meaning it doesn't really matter which bud goes to which ear. There's not calibration for that.
There are couple bigger drawbacks though. The silicone tubing isn't very long, so the actual wire connection occurs high up on your body. So if you're worried about radiation, your head will be safe, but your chest/groin/hips/legs might not be quite so protected. The regular wiring rests on all those areas.
Also, at the base of the silicone tubing are two metal amplifiers, they are a bit, only a bit, heavy, and can impact how the headphones hang. But more annoyingly, when they touch eachother, it's a loud scrape or bang in your ears. I solved this by wrapping one in ducttape, it blocks that metal sounding impact.
Furthermore, the earbuds have to be inserted a bit into your ear to stay in, and sometimes it takes a little fidgeting to get them to sit right and not block the sound. If you squish the hole in the bud that projects the sound, either by putting the bud in too far, or at a wrong angle, you'll noticeably lose sound quality. So they have to go in exactly right, and far enough to hold themselves there. This is a little inconvenient compared to standard buds that you can just pop in and get full sound quality from.
But, in the end, despite the flaws, you're saving your brain from potential radiation cancers and syndromes and disorders. You can't beat the price either, it's pennies really. So if you're on a budget, and you want to avoid radiation to your head, I can recommend these for sure. I'm not thrilled with them, but I am not unhappy with them either.
