Price quality and actual MAH
I have a set of 18650 2200 MAH batteries that I use in my torchlight. It uses 4 at a time has an output of about 9000 lums. It runs about 3.5 hours of usable light on those batteries fully charged. My 1st time using the 18650 9900 MAH batteries they only lasted About 2.5 hours on their 1st charge. I recharge them and recharged my 2200 MAH on the same charger and tried the time frame again. The 9900 MAH batteries went from the 2.5 hours of usable light to 7 and a 1/2 hours of usable light where as my 2200 MAH batteries still remained at the 3.5 hours. I'm gonna go with a 3rd cycle which I haven't done yet and see if it'll last a little longer and be brighter on a longer time frame. So all in all they may not quite be the 9900 MAH but I would say they're pretty close. But to get him there they need to be cycled a couple of times with having a bare minimum of 1AMP draw to cycle them properly. I order two 10 packs and I'm going to do the remainder of them On my Viper battery charger so that I can check them out individually because I'm going to be building backup battery packs and I need to check the resistances check their capacities and load them to their corresponding batteries of the same Resistances and capacity. But so far I am pleased I will be doing a follow up review of these batteries once I have put them through the full testing and checking.

Great system does what it's supposed to do and then some
So far I like it it works well does what it says I can access it via the Internet no problem with my phone or my tablet haven't tried it with my computer yet. I love the zoom capabilities quality so far is great. It was easy to set up haven't had any issues yet definitely much better than the one that I had which was over 10 years old but failed reason why I purchase this one after a lot of research.
