Dexter Russell 5'' Green River Works Fish Fillet Knife 4215 Walnut Handle

Great, inexpensive ,camp knife

I really like this knife. Excellent for camp use. Works really well for food prep. This is carbon steel, so you need to take care of it. 2 things I would like to see changed. An extra 1/2" of handle length, and a little harder temper in the blade. It's about 55 hardness....bump it up to 59 to keep an edge longer. I sanded the handle, and sharpened the spine. Those are the only changes I made. If I loose it, I will definitely buy another.
