  I purchased pants listed as 28” in length, despite the tag showing 30”, based on the seller’s assurance they were measured at 28”. Unfortunately, they were clearly too long and bunched at the ankles indicating they were longer than 28”. The seller denied my refund request despite photos, and I felt misled. I wouldn’t recommend this seller due to their lack of accountability.

  I have been in contact with ebay twice about this transaction. Both agents I have shown that the tag says 30" for inseam but it was actually 28'' and that I had listed 28'' in Title, Item Specifics, Item Description and that the 7th picture showed the measurement of the item as 28".
