He doesn't respond to requests to send the parcel number as well as photos of the damaged bike. Case submitted to ebay.

Best value 240v drill
The spare motor brushes were a big selling point as this I usually what wears out first. I've tried finding replacements for other cheap drills and they never work/fit properly. This drill feels well made and the keyless chuck is a great feature at this price.

More like 4 hours than 4 minutes!
I had quite a difficult repair on a cast aluminium bracket for a car door mirror. Strength was my main priority and the reason I chose this product, and it has done a great job. However it took 2 attempts, despite following the instructions and mixing ratio. After 4 minutes it was slightly tacky but did nothing to hold the 2 pieces together. Luckily I had some paint thinners on hand to clean off the glue before it set to have another go. I braced the pieces with strips of steel and left it overnight and it is now holding up well.

Great all round drill, rugged and strong motor
Great all round. Strong enough for most tasks, good battery life. Only down side is the charger is prone to failure.
