This product is a redesign of the Original Delta Bathtub Diverter Valve Downspout. It works Great! I think that it is better than my original Delta Shower Valve Complete Installation Kit. I would buy again.

My original wood slow close Bemis toilet...

My original wood slow close Bemis toilet seat had a metal hinge and lasted 14 years. Still worked but the pads on one side broke. This new slow close Bemis toilet seat has a plastic hinge. My only concern is how long this plastic hinge will last before it breaks?
