Great battery back-up
Great item
I now will never have any battery problems.
The fact that it is wireless is a plus.
It may be a little heavy, but that does not bother me.

but it does not have a back light
also when you re-start it, the volume is lowered, so if you want it louder you always have to raise it
over-all -- great product and would buy again
