A nice tool, with one reservation
Extremely well made, high quality steel, has a nice heft to it. The surfaces that slide up and down the fork are lined with what appears to be a good quality plastic material. I don't understand why it doesn't show up in more searches.
I chose it because (1) it's adjustable (will fit both my bikes), and (2) I couldn't find anything decent to fit a 38mm fork.
My only reservation is this: The end that drives the seal is adjustable (obviously), but the upper part is not. This means you really have to concentrate to make sure you are striking the seal dead-on. But if I could do that successfully, probably anyone else can too.

Exactly match the originals
An exact match of the originals in my 1993 Yamahe XV250. Very glad to find them.
