  I started off by submitting an offer to purchase the item. Whatsle_64 accepted the offer nearly immediately without haggling. This was on dec 31st. I messaged him two times and did not get a response or acknowledgment that my item was being shipped. After January 10, I submitted a claim to eBay still no response from him. It is January 17 and eBay has granted me a refund. Still no response. I wish I had an opportunity to call him to try and get the part. I need this item to finish my project.
