It Worked, it's Easy, it's Worth It
Swapped the stock module in my '16 Focus RS with this to enable Apple CarPlay, and it worked flawlessly. Maybe 10 minutes to swap (make sure you have a non-marring plastic trim pry tool if you want to get the old one out without denting/scratching the perimeter around where it sits inside the center console). Would recommend, it's certainly worth the price to add CarPlay to your car.
