Great for mbunas

Great prodcut ruined by one fatal flaw.
Thisi is my second pair of these earphones..
The design has a fatal flws that makes them a short term item at best, the rubber that covers the sensor for the volume up and down and play/stop has ripped on both pairs that I have owned. This is the only part of the headphones that was done on the cheap by Bose. My first pair was under warranty and Bose replaced them wiht no hassles. Howver, that warranty expired a long time ago and I woudl not think to contact Bose this time. In order to make this pair last longer, and it will be my last, I am alternating thme with another, different set of earbuds.
It's a shame because the sound is excellent.
If you are considering buying a pair of these, even at this late date, take note of the flaw and select something else.
The reason I like them, by the way is the fact that the buds are tethered to a cord and, even if they fall out of my ear or ears at the gym won't gall down or get last.
