New SRAM Rival 1 ErgoDynamic Left Brake Lever

Does exactly wah it needs to do.

Same grip and feel as the SRAM STI levers (Rival, Force, Red), the casing is the same, minus all the gear shift gubbins. Only minor niggle is the slight rattle when applying awesomeness.
