    they send me from the the 5 units I ordered for dell 6420 intel core i7 4 of them a totally other models of laptops...2 are 6520 and the other 2 are 6530 and two are core i5. In the first agreement they proposed to give a partial refund of $100 and I agree, and they they send me message that they would refund me only if I remove the negative feedback...this is not the way to bussiness
