Audiophiles' secret weapon
5 of 5 found this helpful I've used the Carver sonic hologram generators for years. It's not for the casual listener. It have spent months getting the speakers in the perfect location. It takes a lot of trial and error and determination. It also works better with some speakers than with others (it wasn't useful at all with my Klipschorns). It also doesn't work 100% with all recordings, in fact, it makes some recordings sound absolutely awful. But if you get it right, with the right recordings, it can be the most amazing sound stage experience you will ever have.

Marvelous Pedal Board
The ME-80 is exactly what I was hoping it would be -- and I had high expectations. It has great sounds, great flexibility, and great options. I've programmed sounds with other devices before, but being able to do so with real knobs is so intuitive and efficient. It's much, much easier. I use it in the recoding studio and for live performances, and it delivers professional results for both. I am extremely pleased with the ME-80, and I don't see a need for any other pedals in my future. Highly recommended.
