Not effective
1 of 6 found this helpful Instructions state, start with one capsule and increase until you get the desired BM. Any more than three capsules and I was getting major acid reflux. Never received the desired BM. Best I received was diarrhea symptoms and when they hit, you had better find a tiolet fast.
Did not work for me.

Fixed garage door opener for less than $5. I can't image how many garage door openers have replaced.
