For nearly all RPR owners

Exactly as described. RPR owners whose scope doesn't have enough tracking to zero at close range will want this. Seconds to install. This and my chosen scope easily provided enough range to consistently hit targets out to 200 yards without dialing down; so I'm still baffled why the 0 MOA rail isn't the default one out of the box.
