Does not make me have an allergic reaction
I have some sensitivity to filler ingredients in meds and vitamins. But I find that I am able to tolerate this melatonin form well. I have trouble tolerating other brands because of the filler ingredients. But this seems a better match for me. Everyone is different and will react differently to different brands. So you just have to find the right one that fits you.
